New Twilight-related stuff

More money flowing out from our back accounts, eh...
According to EW, Twilight publisher Little, Brown will be publishing several books this fall that are tied in with the franchise. They are:
* New Moon movie tie-in in November.
*New Moon Collector's Edition in October
* New Moon: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion in September.
* A limited special edition of Breaking Dawn in August. The Breaking Dawn Special Edition will include a DVD of the Breaking Dawn concert series and interviews with Meyer. Those who pick up the hardcover book can also expect a poster and reproduction of handwritten lyrics for “My Never,” by Blue October’s Justin Furstenfeld.
* Journals that feature cover art for all four books in October. The Twilight Journals are packaged in a tin and include “decorative quotes” from each book.
Not too sure if the journals and the BD Sp Ed will make an appearence here, but the tie-in and the movie companion should be a sure thing...

10 years after twilight , director Catherine Hardwicke opens up to The Daily Beast on new details on the film, some we've never known before. Ten years ago, the Twilight film franchise was an unknown quantity. In fact, Catherine Hardwicke, the director of the first Twilight, was surrounded by film executives who all but expected the vampire flick to fail. “Nobody thought this is a big, blockbuster franchise,” Hardwicke tells the Daily Beast. “There were very low expectations for Twilight, because every other studio had turned it down. They said, OK, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants was a very popular book for girls, and it made $39 million. That’s it.
