No news yet about the local DVD release, so here's something to enjoy. Found as an extra on the US version.

If you know me well, you would know that I love Twilight as much as I love Harry Potter . As the age old 'battle of popularity' continues between these two of-different-genres-and-underlining-themed movies, Money UK took the liberty to analyse both sides in many aspects. I personally find the analysis interesting. What's your say? Harry Potter and the Twilight Saga have reached bewildering popularity over the last decade. Both franchises boast bestselling books, international cult followings and a blockbuster series of movies, earning their creators and associates outrageous amounts of money. But which is more successful, both as a financial powerhouse and cultural phenomenon? Here the team at money.co.uk puts both franchises through seven gruelling rounds to decide an ultimate victor... let the battle commence!

Isn't she a darling. Anna Kendrick spoke out about Twilight fans, defending (us) against haters. Still, Kendrick bristled at the notion that “Twilight” fans, or “Twihards,” are a little overboard. “People like to make fun of the fans who camp out but people have renaissance faires; people do Civil War reenactments; people do what they like,” Kendrick said. “I’m tired of hearing people rag on the fans. If you don’t like ‘Twilight,’ don’t buy a ticket.” via Wall Street Journal

Chris Weitz recently revealed to EW about 10 secrets a.k.a. Easter eggs in the movie New Moon . Did you spot them??

A woman was jailed for accidentally filming New Moon !! OMG!! The 22-year old woman brought her camera to the theater, because that's where she set up her sister's surprise birthday party. During the celebration, she took photos and recorded video with her digital camera, capturing a few minutes of family members singing "Happy Birthday" and a few accidental shots of the screen that was playing "New Moon." She was grabbed by a theater worker, who saw her shooting video during the movie. Managers contacted police, who examined the camera, finding that the woman had taped "two very short segments." The theater managers insisted on pressing charges, which resulted in the woman being arrested and spending two nights in jail before being released. She plans to fight the felony charges in court because she says she did nothing wrong — and certainly didn't try to secretly tape the movie. "It was never my intention to record the movie," sh...

Looks like even malware developers are getting on the Twilight action. Reports have surfaced that there's a new malware out there promising an online interview with Stephenie Meyer, when in fact, it will cause a malware to suck up all your computer info. According to PC Tools (www.pctools.com) fans searching for more information about her and the movie will come across a site promising an online interview. Instead, it’s a “Vampire Byte” to suck out your financial information and install malware on your computer. How the scam works: First, a user searches online “Stephenie Meyer” and a result for “Stephenie Meyer at 365Multimedia.com” returns with a description of “Stephanie Meyer interview on Twilight the movie starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart” When clicked on, this link then redirect users to a window informing them that they are infected with malware and they are then advised to download a phony antivirus software product to get rid of the infection. As they...

Vanity Fair has given us Twilighters a fantastic and gorgeous photoshoot spread back in 2008, and this year, they're kicking it up a notch! To start off Vampire Week (squee!!) , they did an interview with Peter Facinelli. As the patriarch of the Cullen clan, have you assumed a similar fatherly role with the cast? You know, on Twilight I feel like they looked to me as the father figure, but because we became so close, I’m more of an older brother now. Has there been a difference in the way you interact as a cast since you filmed Twilight? Rob[ert Pattinson] has more security guards hanging around him! [Laughs] Other than that, not really. We really enjoy each other’s company, and we’ve been working so much on this movie that we really haven’t had as much time to hang out with each other. We’re putting in these long hours and then just heading home. Usually we just try to catch dinner with each other then get back up the next morning and do it all over again. What would you say...
