Kristen, Rob, and Taylor Hits Forbes List

Image
Forbes has released its list of Best Actors for a Buck , and Kristen, Rob, and Taylor made the list. Ranking second on our list is Kristen Stewart. For every dollar she gets paid Stewart returns an average $40.60. Stewart is in the unusual situation of ranking high on this list and topping our Highest-Earning Actress list. Usually, if an actor is earning more than anyone else in Hollywood, it’s hard for him or her to be considered a bankable investment. That high salary means the films have to do spectacularly to offer profitable returns to the studios. Stewart was able to earn a ton over the last three years and offer a healthy return thanks to the Twilight franchise. Even though she was paid $25 million to star in the last two films, she was clearly worth the money. The Twilight films have grossed $3.3 billion at the global box office and the final film, Breaking Dawn Part 2, is still in theaters. Her two co-stars, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, also make our list. Pat

Rob Pattinson Wins E! Celeb of the Year 2012

Image
Rob Pattinson wins E! Celeb of the Year poll for the third time in a row! For his hat trick, R.Pattz can thank his legions of dedicated fans, who endlessly voted to get him to the top spot with the fervor of, well, a Twi-hard. Take a look back at the top 10 biggest stories of 2012 Let us count the ways: Well, there were the movies. He got down and dirty in Bel Ami (though better we forget about that one). He wowed in Cosmopolis and dominated Cannes with its debut. And then there was a little picture called The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2. You may have caught it? ... And the hair? Perfect as ever. But Twilight is over now so there's no chance Rob could win again next year, right? He's got a handful of films in the pipeline: The Rover (an Australian western), Queen of the Desert (where he'll play Laurence of Arabia) and Maps to the Stars (which will reunite him with director David Cronenberg). Just to name a few. via E!

'Breaking Dawn Part 2' Premiere - Hong Kong, Dec 13th

Image
Jamie Campbell Bower and Elisabeth Reaser was in Hong Kong recently to attend the premiere of Breaking Dawn Part 2. Elizabeth looks amazing in a purple dress, but I have no idea what's up with Jamie's hair. Side note, Lily Collins was also there. She's co-starring with him in a new film, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones . via The Vampire Club , BdMovie

Here's the official lyric video for Ellie Goulding's ' Bittersweet ', which can be found on the Breaking Dawn Part 2 soundtrack . I guess they took the idea of 'Bella's first hunt'; and expanded it, cos the video looks kinda cool, and very scenic. via OfficialTwilightFilm

Kristen's 'Breaking Dawn Part 2' Premiere Dress Up for Charity Auction

Image
Remember the sheer Zuhair Murad dress Kristen wore to the Breaking Dawn Part 2 film premiere in L.A.? She's putting that dress up for a charity auction, to benefit the Robin Hood Foundation. The organization fights poverty in New York City, and hosted the 12.12.12 concert last week to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Kristen made an appearance at the concert, and donated the dress after that. In case y'all are interested, the dress currently stand at US$4000 at CharityBuzz. via twiexaminer

'Breaking Dawn Part 2' Film Score Up for Oscar Contention

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Music Branch announced 104 eligible film scores up for the Best Original Score award at next year's Oscars. The score for Breaking Dawn Part 2 by Carter Burwell made the early cut! Yay! Voting is to begin today. Unfortunately, no songs were up for Best Original Song from the movie. I was expecting A Thousand Years Part 2, but, nope. The closest any Twilight song ever got was Lykke Li's 'Possilibity' from New Moon. Other film scores up for the award, for films in which the Twilight cast also star in, include: On The Road - Gustavo Santaolalla, composer Snow White and the Huntsman - James Newton Howard, composer Deadline via Twifans

HuffPost Discusses Kristen Stewart's 'On The Road' Role

Image
Michael Hogan discusses the possibility of an Ocsar nom for Kristen for her role in On The Road . He also interviewed her. The creative team behind the film wants the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to recognize Stewart for her role by nominating her for an Oscar for best supporting actress, and although she doesn't appear on any of the short lists I've seen, I think she's earned a place in the conversation. "On the Road" has its slow and meandering moments, but it roars to life when Stewart appears on screen.

Stephenie Meyer Addresses 'Breaking Dawn, Part 2' Ending

If you haven't watched the movie, you might not want to read the following article. Stephenie Meyer discusses the decision to end Breaking Dawn Part 2 the way she did, which differs from the book. Hi everyone. I hope you're all coming back from a really fabulous Thanksgiving weekend, full of quality family time, too much delicious food, and restful tryptophan comas. Two weeks ago, while doing press for Breaking Dawn 2, there were a lot of questions I wasn't able to answer because I didn't want to spoil the ending for anyone. I promised in a couple of interviews that I would post the answer to a specific question on my website once everyone had had a chance to see the movie. Now, if there is anyone reading this who hasn't had a chance to see BD2 yet and really wants to remain unspoiled, please stop reading now. ***spoilers ahead***
