PBS compiled a list of the top 100 most-loved books in America, and The Twilight Saga is in the list. Our favourite book saga is in good company, with the list including classic reads such as Pride and Prejudice , 1984 , The Catcher in the Rye , and To Kill a Mockingbird . The list even include modern books like The Hunger Games , The Book Thief , The Alchemist , as well as former-Twilight-fanfic-turned-bestselling-series Fifty Shades of Grey ! The Storytellers contest has selected six screenplays that will advance into the next stage. via EW : Lionsgate, Women In Film, Facebook, Volvo, and Twilight author Stephenie Meyer joined forces to present The Storytellers: New Voices of Twilight Saga project, in which female writers and directors were allowed to submit original stories in the form of short films, so long as the films were set in the Twilight universe and based on those characters. After 1,200 submissions, EW can exclusively reveal the six winners of the screenplay portion of the competition.  “ The Groundskeeper ” by Sarah Turi Boshear follows Alice and the events that led to her becoming a vampire. “ Sunrise ” by Alanna Smith tells Benjamin’s story. “ Turncoats ” by Lindsey Hancock Williamson is about Garrett and Carlisle during the Revolutionary War. “ The Mary Alice Brandon File ” by Kailey and Sam Spear focuses on Alice’s human life before she became a vampire. “ Consumed ” by Cullyn Doerfle...

Bad Lip Reading returns with a new parody video, the latest one about Twilight titled ' Twilight III '. It's as hilarious as the first two, but the first one will always be my personal fav. via BadLipReading

I missed this news that came out a month ago, so sorry about that. I haven't seen this around here, so pardon me for my lack of awareness. There's a new-ish soundtrack from the movie saga. It's called " The Twilight Saga: Forever Love Songs ". Basically, it's an album full of love songs (some lovey-dovey, some not quite) taken from all 5 film soundtracks. Some songs are new, in the sense that it appears in special editions or bonus tracks not available here in Malaysia.

This is something every Twihard see coming, and wants (or wishes) to own. Summit has announced a complete boxset for the Twilight Saga, including bonus footage, featurettes, and everything you would ever want (expect your very own real-life, living-and-breathing replica of Edward Cullen). ' Twilight Forever: The Complete Saga ' comes in both DVD and Blu-Ray, and an additional Digital Ultraviolet copy. It has two covers: Edward and Bella, and Jacob.  It is super amazing, and would surely be coveted. Unfortunately, Twilighters Malaysia mentioned that there is a very slim chance we will have this here. Unless the DVD distributor imports this from the States for sale here, you would have to get it online.

Twilight Poison wrote up an open letter to the entire Twilight fandom, regarding the MTV Movie Awards and its single nomination for Breaking Dawn Part 2 . It's a massive watch-along in support of Breaking Dawn Part 2 , and instead of watching the MTV Movie Awards, the fandom will be watching the movie instead. They will also be having a giveaway. I won't be able to watch the show, anyway, but I guess I'll be tweeting along to show my support for the 'cause'. The final film has an official rating and runtime. In the States, the MPAA has given the film a PG13 rating, for “sequences of violence including disturbing images, some sensuality and partial nudity.” Malaysia would probably use the same rating, but that is yet unknown. As for the runtime, the film is the shortest of all 5 films in the saga.
